Domestic Orders: We use trusted local delivery partners for Nigerian shipments. International Orders: We use DHL and UPS for worldwide deliveries.
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays due to external factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, or high demand.
6. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of shipment under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
All protective materials, designer tags, and authenticity cards must be intact.
Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
